William "Wil" Zemp is the inaugural Executive Director of Executive and Professional Education at the Krause School of Leadership and Ethics within The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. As the founding leader of the school's executive and professional education enterprise, Wil Zemp is responsible for the strategic direction, program development, operations, and growth of the function, serving executives and their teams across industries. Wil is the former Chief Operating Officer of Libélula Integrated Solutions. He now serves the organization as a National Security Advisor and Investor. His work in this position emphasizes national security focused innovation in emerging technology, advanced aerospace, and defense. He was the lead author of the Army Operating Concept "Force 2025 and Beyond." Wil has completed strategic studies and national security studies at the US Army War College and the US Navy War College, respectively, and studied national security affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School.
